It wasn’t the easiest process I’ve been through I’ve started this process on 6/5 and it’s now 6/21. Initially I was told I qualified for a 10 year loan and should qualify for $166,000 but when the paperwork it said 7 years $111,000. I was also told initially told the loan should be through underwriting by the end of the day on 6/7, I provided everything I was asked to provide, then it was something else I needed to provide time and time again. This entire process I never received a call from anyone I had to call the main line and had to be transferred to whom ever at that point was working on my loan. In 6/20 I called around 3:30 est since I haven’t heard from anyone if everything was good because I was to be funded on Monday 6/24 I had to explain a loan on April 4 and a check on April 8th and was told she had a meeting at 4pm est and she would call me back immediately after and she never did so I called today 6/21 and was told she was gone for the day so I requested to talk to her manager but Tori called me just to inform me everything is good and will be funded on Monday.

Mike explained the process and ensured I was comfortable with submitting my application. Michelle was informative, understanding, and patient.
