Good terms (rate, time) for personal loan but process took nearly three weeks. Seemed to be poor communication between loan advisors and funding team. Funding date changed three times (July 12, 18, 25) due to poor communication. Worked with a total of four different people. The application process on the website glitchy. I did not realize it, but I submitted two applications for a loan. Received an email stating the loan had been declined but two loan advisors still had me as active and neither of them were aware of the other. Eventually sorted out, but took many emails, texts, and phone calls, mostly because the loan advisors and funding team apparently not communicating clearly.
The professional way everyone handled the process. I knew what was going on at all times. It was a smooth process and all that I needed done was accurate and efficient. Thank you!
I was told that there were no pre-payment penalties on my loan. Only after I tried to make an extra payment was I told that there weren't penalties after 5 years, on a 7 year loan.
