Despatched what I'd ordered on time. But delivery company was dire. Waited in all day as told to, but they never showed up. Phoned late afternoon and was told to stay in and wait, they were on their way. No show all day. Rang the next morning and was told the van broke down, but absolutely no attempt to contact me. Company also said I couldn't specify a new delivery time. Had to spend yet another day later in the week waiting around for delivery which didn't turn up until nearly 6pm. Very poor service and I wouldn't use Ambient again unless they choose a new delivery company. Finally, one part of the system I'd ordered was missing and I was forced to go out and buy it as there was no time to wait for a replacement to be delivered.

I would recommend Ambient for their speedy service, and excellent products, I would not hesitate in using them again

Always a very speedy delivery. High quality product - touchscreen programmer very easy to set up. Always at the end of the phone line if you have a question - always very helpful and courteous. All at a very good price too! Why go anywhere else?

With some bad experiences of internet purchasing, Ambient's freephone number enables that all important person to person communication. Merely to establish if the next day service included Saturdays and to engage in conversation with an efficient sales team member ensured the correct product and service was ordered. I highly recommend Ambient over Topps Tiles for ensuring the correct product for the application was specified and ordered. I can but only acknowledge the politeness extended throughout the entire telephone conversation as well as the efficiency. Next day delivery by APC, shortly after 8.00am on a Saturday. Brilliant service!

Just a quick note to say how impressed I have been with my first dealings with Ambient. The service has been excellent, competitive pricing and very helpful staff. Even at the last minute they were able to alter the delivery address as we were going out for the day, would defy recommend.

Couldn't believe how fast they delivered,next day at no extra cost.Haven't switched the heating on yet,but tiler who fitted had no complaints and the LCD controller looks great.Certainly would use again

No problems easy to fit

I have installed three previous systems using the loose wire versions, mainly due to the odd shaped areas to be heated. The mat version was so easy and fast to install I just wish the others had been as simple. Excellent product that have all worked above expectaion.

Goods delivered speedily, plenty of different underfloor heating length options. Product fitted easily under tiles by a plumber and wired in by an electrician. Working well thus far and just right for keeping the chill off a small downstairs wc where there wasn't space for a radiator. Haven't played with the heating settings yet as the weather is so warm. Will come into its own in the colder months

Even without UFH, I usually like to use Blueboard insulation when laying tiles onto concrete, to provide at least some thermal break. It's light and easy to use, although perhaps too compressible to use under tlles less than about 30cm square. The people at Ambient are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The delivery came promptly by APC, and everything's fine.
