The guy on the phone was helpful, checked my order and advised they would get it to a courier that day. Arrived two days later exactly as I'd ordered.

The delivery man told me he was going to send it back but thought to try my address because it was with the same initial. If I wasn't home, it wouldn't have been delivered. I actually alerted this to you by email when I received the shipment notice but nobody bothered to follow it up.
