Great product and great service from start to finish could not wish for better!

i had spent alot of time trawling the internet looking for a stand for my new 50inch Panasonic TV, when i came across this company, i called with a few questions all of which were answered and i went on to order the one recommended and it was delivered next day, the stand looks absolutely brilliant and looks far more expensive than it was, all i can add is that where possible if i need something they sell i will buy from them.

Plasma TV Wall Mount ordered on 30 August. Was advised that delivery would take place on 31 August so took day off work. Received phone call at 2.45pm on 31 August to advise that the item had been sent to the wrong depot and would not be delivered. James arranged for guaranteed delivery before 12pm on 1 September, which took place. Overall the price was very good, staff were helpful but I was let down by the delayed delivery having taken the day off specially. Unsure if this was down to the courier though, rather than AV4Home. I think I would use this company again

Ordered some sub woofer cable. AV4home was cheapest and their delivery time was excellent.

Part of what I wanted was out of stock but they found an alternaitve. Very pleased with the stands I ordered, they are very well made.

Ordered some Speaker Sockets and they arrived the next BD which was great, second order with AV4Home and will be back again, thanks :)

although the first item was delivered incorrect i can only say the service i received was 1st class in correcting the mistake and getting replacement to myself within 48 hours. excellent service.

Re purchase of Optimum Modular Speaker stands: Delivery delayed. Staff did a good job locating and sorting out the problem. Package finally arrived but was concerned that contents appeared loose. My concerns were justified upon opening. Glass contents had moved and one of the plates was chipped. not enough to notice but damaged all the same. Had problems constructing the stands as one of the nuts was faulty and will require me purchasing a replacement. Would use av4home again but not happy about the product.

Really excellent service. Items ordered came next day even though I did place order until after 3.00pm. Excellent products and really good customer service. Will always consider them first for any items needed.

The item arrived the next day as I was told and I was worried of the quality as of the good price but it was very very good quality. Better than the high street products which are three times the price. Packaged very well. Customer service from James was brilliant and hopefully everyone else is just like him. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Very polite and friendly. Spoke to another man who was a tad sarcastic with regards to me calling up to find out about delivery options but all in all he was OK. Will definitely be recommending and using again in the future!!
