The delivery was prompt etc. but the main thing for me was the great pre-sales and aftercare. The advice before hand was useful and prompt and the help received afterwards was most helpful...I had issues with setting up the tv cabinet but they kindly sent a photo of a bracket I was struggling to fit together...

Had to order 2 items as I made a mistake with the first. Delivery on first was as stated. The 2nd didn't arrive as expected but this was due to the delivery company driver running over his legal hours. AV4Home kept me informed and it was delivered the next day so I was happy. Ordered some cable for my home cinema system speakers, delivered next day and knew the delivery time slot would be within a two hour window. Cable best price there was available and you get what you see advertised and what is advertised is available, not like some companies. Used AV4Home before and will use again.

Ordered a QED cable yesterday afternoon at 15:45. It was the lowest price on the interweb plus free delivery. It arrived today at 13:00, bang in the middle of the hour delivery slot specified by DPD. It was always tough getting a gold star from Mrs Shepherd at primary school but I think you deserve one.
