I ordered a TV unit by telephone as I was going on holiday. I received a call while I was away. I returned the call on my return and my instructions had been followed to the letter. Goods arrived the next day. The company invoice arrived the following day. I cannot fault the service and I would definitely use the company again.

Ordered a Glass and Cherry wood TV stand, came with 3 sets of legs (oak, cherry & mahogany). Arrived quickly - unfortunately the cherry wood back-panel was damaged but a replacement panel was despatched and received within 24 hours. Great Service. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.

I recently bought a glass TV stand from AV4Home and discovered that a couple of all-important bolts were missing from the package. This prevented me from assembling the stand in its completed form. However, the response from AV4Home proved to be first-rate. Following a phone call to the firm, the missing parts promptly arrived the next morning - as promised. Five stars for an excellent after-sales service.

I asked av4home to provide spares for a TV stand and they went out of their way to source and supply them at a reasonable price very quickly. I really can't speak too highly of their service.

Prompt delivery and good back-up concerning an assembly problem. My only complaint is that my Harman Kardon receiver doesn't fit on the shelf of the Atacama Elara Hifi 500 rack because there is not enough clearance between the interconnects and the cable tidy plate at the rear.

Bought a pair of Speaker Stands and a pair of wall mounted Speaker Brackets for my new 5.1 surround sound system and could not have found a better online shop to buy from. Their over the telephone advice was excellent and the delivery was quick and free. (I could not set up my system without their bits, so was eagerly awaiting delivery.) Am now thinking of changing my system into 7.1 surround sound and will definitely use these nice people for my extra set of rear speaker stands. Cannot fault any part of the process, would highly recommend.

The reason for not 'awarding' 5 stars is that the manufacturer of the TV stand/cabinet provided a very disappointing service. Significantly, were it not for av4home I am not confident that my appeals to the manufacturer would have yielded any response (never mind a satisfactory one). While the cabinet was of reasonable quality, the self-assembly process was rendered virtually impossible as the item was delivered with parts missing. Direct communication with the manufacturer (the much-heralded website was supposed to feature a 'Self Help Guide' but did not!) was futile. Pleas for assistance via email met with a deafening silence until I then contacted av4 who got things moving. As a result, the missing parts eventually arrived; however, no mention of even a token gesture of goodwill compensation was suggested. Overall, av4 were very good; it's just a pity that they and I were let down by poor service from the manufacturer.

Ordered a TV glass stand for 46" tv. The website gave clear size dimensions of the product which assisted me greatly as I had a large AV receiver to add to the display and the diagram helped ensure the stand was suitable for my needs. Ordering on the net was very straightforward and delivery was promised next day by way of confirmation email and if we had not rec'd package by 3pm to contact the company. Package arrived next morning. easy to assemble and just as it was on the diagram. Company certainly delivered and met/exceeded expectations. Would use again no problem.

I ordered the Vogels EFW8315 Superflat LCD Plasma Wall Mount from AV4Home as it was the best price I could find on the net. Item came the next working day and I have to say it is an expellant wall mount. The service from AV4Home has been excellent would recommend to any one to use them and there prices are very reasonable.

When I received the item one of the glass panels was shattered, I rung av4home and was treated very promptly and politely, they sent a replacement immediately so no complaints, I blame the couriers as the second box was damaged too but parts were ok, I would shop from them again, no problem. I am also delighted with the tv stand it looks great and was very good value.

I bought my parents a new 40" sony tv and trawled the internet looking for a tv stand that fitted the bill. AV4Home's website was easy to use and the pictures were excellent, which persuaded me to buy through them. Product arrived the day after ordering and was well packaged. The delivery and tracking were very good. The TV stand is very nice, although some of the wood was a little rough which is quite disappointing to the look. Also the TV stand was sent with half the bolts missing, this made it very awkward to construct.

Happy with service. We made an error with our order which was quickly resolved over the phone.
