It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.

At first the color cartridges didn't work and I thought I was a fool for buying ink over the internet. But then, I read the note that came with the package and followed the directions (for once in my life). I cleaned the printer heads as directed and I'm back living in color. Thank you for making my life easier.
I don't like paying the price of a new printer. This is an economical solution.
There are lines in my paper where there is no ink when I print and I tried to even shake it up I ended up wasting a lot of paper.

when I first read that I could get ink for 4.99, I didn't believe that the product could be quality. Well I was wrong! The ink is great and it makes me feel great that the cartridges are recycled!

Too new to give a 100% experience. Seem excellent. Good pricing. They want about $33.00 for the same cartridge locally, these prices can't be beat. Very ssatisfied. My first ink cartridge is working perfectly and I am very happy with results.
I ordered 3 black cartridges (200's) for my Epson. The first one I tried barely printed anything on the page. I cleaned the jets and tried some test pages with the same results. The second one works much better but the pages still do not print completely. Don't know yet how the third cartridge may or may not work.

I purchased ink.. Installed it into printer and would not work.. I checked to make sure that it was installed correctly and all packaging to seal ink had been removed.
After viewing your website, I still had a printing problem. I couldn't find a contact us link nor a phone number
I placed an order not knowing what I'd be getting. Changed my cartridge and it worked as good as the 12.99 cartridges I'd been using! Why pay more?
