Ordered ink cartridges and received the wrong kind. Not what I ordered.

I thought I would try these guys since toner was $4.99. I paid & 10 days after purchase I did not receive any notification via email about my order. I emailed them for an update which I received (the next day) stating that I should have received it (the day they sent me an email of update). I checked their weblink to track it but it was not scheduled for delivery yet but rather "en route to delivery". The customer service person gave me the incorrect information in the email that it was delivered that day. I received my toner a day after. All they did was give me a generic `"canned" apology about not notifying me of my order being shipped out. I have not tried the toner yet, waiting on ink to run out to test their product. I am not going to completely disparage them yet, but have presented facts on what happened with my order of 1 single ink cartridge. Perhaps their operations process needs to be looked at at their end, but everytime I've ordered a product online, I have always received a timely email notification with tracking information. I'm glad I only bought one versus buying 5 or 6 cartridges. Disappointing service, but lets see if they improve.

I ordered 5 cartridges of ink. Received quickly but 2 were leaking in their sealed pkg. I contacted 499inks.com, sent them some pictures of the damaged cartridges and within 24hours they already had sent replacement ones in the mail. Excellent service! Happy Customer

Availability, Cost, Quality, are all excellent. In spite of the severe weather, including snow storms, it arrived within the time period specified in the order confirmation. When my wife needs Cannon inks for her Pixma printer.

I opened the sealed package and ink poured out all over my hands. I grabbed paper towels to pick it up and put it into a ziplock bag. Very shortly the paper towels were saturated with the black ink. And I was left to scrub the ink off of my hands. It was gone after 2 days! I reported to the sender who asked me to send a number on the cartridge and a photo of the cartridge. By this time it was in the garbage. I will not be ordering from this company again.

The ink cartridges ordered did not work and a replacement was sent with in days and now works great. Nice job with customer service and excellent follow up to insure my complete satisfaction. Will order again and highly recommend this company to others.

after buying ink cart. several times from other companys this is the best and cheapest I have found I will continue to use 499 inks anytime I need ink cart. good job I only wish all places were as good as you guys

my HP printer say in ink is in compatiable but able to over ride and use.

First order, the black leaked when I opened the package it was in and got ink on the carpet, Stanley Steamer was able to get it out. Second order the magenta cartridge was empty. All in all it is a good product and much less expensive than the copier stores.

I have only used the black ink so far that I have purchased and it seems to be working well. I use my printer almost every day. I haven't had any trouble with my printer taking the new cartridge either.

499inkjets is definitely a great place to get your remanufactured ink jet replacement cartridges. They had exactly the kind I needed in stock and they were at my door in a very timely manner.

I tossed a BW and a color cartridge because the printer didn't recognize them even after cleaning the contacts in the printer. The other carts worked ok.
