It is true that we offer cheap inks and cheap toner cartridges, but discount inks does not mean that you are compromising on quality. We rely on word of mouth advertising as we operate on very low margins.
I have ordered twice,haven't been disappointed. I was buying my ink from walmart, it cost me more than twice. my ink now last twice as long, for less. I also love the free shipping now and again. hats off to this company. I tell everyone.

I really wanted to give a good review to 499inks. The ordering process was very easy; the printer cartridges came quickly. I was very pleased. Four of the five cartridges loaded and worked well. BUT the fifth cartridge had a "bump" on the bottom which seemed to keep it from clipping into place in the printer. It appeared to be a defect. I emailed tech support, as instructed on the 499 website, and noted that I had a lot of streaks in my printing and that I appeared to have a bad cartridge. I explained that the streaks might be because the old cartridge was out of ink. Was not sure. I then proceeded to receive at least eight automated emails from tech support sending me to SAME article every time telling me to clean my printer heads to get rid of the streaking. I kept responding that one of the cartridges appeared to be defective - even sent a picture. Nothing but same automated response (with one exception which didn't appear to do anything). Finally gave up and had to go out and buy a cartridge at retail price to replace the defective one.

The ink works in my HP printer. That's about all I can say! Give them a try. It's hard to beat the price and the quality is excellect... so far. Oh, I realize the instructions are done in multiple languages, but they're in a very small font and difficult to read. Using a larger clearer font would be a step in the right direction

It's amazing that my ink took over 12 days to get to my house. The tracking system was bizarre! Haven't tried the product yet.
Received my order on time. Package in good condition. Installed the product. Turned on the printer. Performed as expected . No problems at all. Completely satisfied.

The 499inks.com is not only economic, but their WebSite was easy to use so it was an all around fast, easy transaction.
Took going through set-up process several times as indicated by instructions. Finally recognized cartridge. Still some intermittent light spots.
