Horrible. My first order's label was damage and it was returned back to the shippers. I haven't heard from you in terms of refund. I had to order ANOTHER package with the same items and still haven't received it. Had the first order not had a damaged label, I would've received the items by now. When I call in for customer service no one picks up. This is unacceptable. This will be my last order with 180 vape and will probably be doing business with with Dashvapes instead.
A whole month has passed. I still have not received the missing bottles.
I haven't really had any issues with the store end but this order still hasn't arrived. I know that the issue is with CanadaPost but I would appreciate a "pick up in store" option for online orders. I know that the option is available for some locations but for Oshawa, a form needs to be filled. Had I known CanadaPost would take two weeks for same day delivery, I would have filled in the form though

Fast service...although shipping a bit slow because of covid....
No issues with product or online purchase. Even got a free bottle of hand sanitizer. Canada post delays during covid-19 quarantine was nothing you guys could control. I’ll order fed-ex or ups next time.
I got a free hand sanitizer but its written that the expiry date was 2019. except that everything else was good.
