Chose expedited shipping and it took a month to get my order. I asked to cancel my order or to investigate where it was but they refused until it was 3 weeks later. I live two blocks from their downtown Toronto store.. I'm not ordering from them again.
I emailed several times to get assistance with my first order and got a reply a MONTH later. I already informed you of this and you still have the gall to ask how I rate your organization. REALLY! You have no customer service that I can see!
