Bought 5 items (1 battery, 4 packs of coils). Got the wrong coils, wrote them an e-mail to fix the situation, got no reply, wrote a 2nd e-mail with a deadline, got a reply and provided requested information and then got no reply for 15 days and now I have to go through the long process of getting my bank to refund me the money. Original order on january 6th, we're january 31st and i'm still solving this f***ing purchase. Go with Canvape instead. Entirely reliable as far as I can tell, better prices and faster shipping. Stay away from this online store.
