Have to pay return shipping :( Which isn't the best knowing that they claim to be the "BIGGEST" light bulb sellers online! Well, I actually E-mailed them prior to my purchase because I wanted the SIZE and LOOK of the bulb to be just right. Got no email response so I called and spoke to Miss H over the phone who saw my photo and recommended a certain bulb, so I ordered them. Long story short the bulbs arrived. Not only are they quite a bit larger than the previous bulbs I wanted to replicate, they also shone much dimmer, not pretty at all. They approved my RMA return but NO shipping! So I lose twice. I see WHY the bigger stores get all the business. Return shipping should be included in their bottom line!

Customer service (phone) was so helpful. Not long wait times. The agent was knowledgeable about their products. Was not pushy/salesy. Product delivery was fast. Product quality was excellent. We over ordered light bulbs because we weren't sure which ones would work for our situation. Return Authorization was done over the phone (recommended) and again the customer service agent was the best. Friendly and helpful!

Send me the wrong parts, people in there don't care about the problem. They always looking to get your money. Talked with a supervisor Hunter, he doesn't care, only make a slip to return the wrong parts. They don't care about your time or the job you are doing. I am a professional Electrician with license in the state of Massachusetts. I Never will buy from 1000 bulbs again. Be aware.

I was having issues with my address not being entered correctly. I started chatting with the AI, and then a real life person reached out and helped me with my order, sent me quote to my email. It was great! The bulbs came way faster then the ETA given by the site!

Did have a hard time making my order online without an account set up, it wouldn’t let me make my order. But once I called and talk to a live person, it was quick and simple with part numbers received my order within seven days

They sell defective products and will not accept a return on them if the box has been opened and attempted installation tried. Their customer service after sale is rude, arrogant and just awful. Do not ever buy anything from this thieving company. They stole $200 from me by selling a defective product to me. (The response from 1000bulbs is a lie. They require "like new" condition on all their returns, so the reality is IF one screw used to mount the tin foil like mounting bracket is missing or not in new condition you cannot return the product. The product is used because installation was attempted and could not be done. There are plenty of other similar complaints about the installation of this light too)

Everything was exactly as described and looks great in a variety of lamp types. I enjoy that my lighting across rooms matches color temperature now.
