I will not use your company again so don't bother with the £5 credit. Can't believe you can't even despatch the order within a month when it should have been 7-10 days. Bad customer service too as you didn't keep me updated.

After placing an order on 3/7/13 & paying extra for next day delivery our product didn't turn up. After calling them the next day the delivery charge was refunded to our card & we were advised the product was out of stock but would be received shortly ... oh no it wasn't. Despite several phone calls and an email to Management the product still hasn't arrived as of 21/8/13. After a further call today, and not being able to speak to a Manager, we have cancelled the product with, hopefully, a full refund to our card! This is the worst service we have ever received - not a single communication from them to apologise or offer an alternative. I would have given them -5 but wasn't given the option!! Needless to say we won't be using them again!!
Hey my Vibox tower Ive received is amazing quality, every think is stunning I opted for the green glowing 6 speed 16gb 1tb hd with graphics cars which super for fps games such as diablo ,guild of wars lotro etc the front of my tower opens up which shows the cd/dvd draw. the front of the tower has a temp gauge speed gauge and shows you how long on pc in green lighting very stunning, works good with 21 inch aoc screen led or lcd, still room for upgrades too for the adventurous pc people, and worth getting a gaming keyboard and mouse will make this very trick . I also use w7 pro 64 bit totally smooth and amazing . I will be getting another in near future, soo check them out .....

I ordered this item hoping that it would arrive very quickly but it took 7 days to arrive after having been informed that it was dispatched two days after my order was placed. Why did it take so long after that to deliver within the UK. After all, we are not exactly in an inaccessible area.
I am sorry to say that the service that WAE + have given me has been diabolical. I placed an order on the 26th June 2013 for items that were showing in stock. I called and spoke to someone at the time, who confirmed that there were 12 units in stock, so I placed an order for 12 units and made a payment immediately. Since then, the only communication we have had has been when we have chased the delivery. There has been no updates about the order at all, even though they have all our contact details (which are checked for SECURITY reasons every time I call). I have today been told, after chasing again, that they can not supply these items and that the order will have to be cancelled. Furthermore, I will receive my refund within 30 days. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. When I placed the order for items that they had in stock, I was expected to pay immediately. Now, 2 months later, they want me to wait another month for a refund!!!! I have waisted valuable time and effort chasing and chasing for 2 months now. Had I been aware that they could not supply, I would have made alternative arrangements 2 months ago. As it stands I have to now start the whole process again. I have checked the item on their web site (item number 116147) which still shows as In Stock and they are taking orders for it. How is it that they can not supply to me???? Or is it the case that they are taking orders with payment, knowing that they can not supply, stringing people along for a couple of months and then taking another month to refund. This will mean a very healthy bank balance. I am going to find out what Birmingham Trading Standards have to say about this situation. I have also reported this to BBC watchdog. I will also be using my Twitter and Facebook account to ensure as many people know about this scam as possible.

I placed an order and it was nice and easy but all through the delivery date there was no status update. On the last day when I called up the agent over the phone confirms the order has been delayed. As a customer am I not entitled to have this information before hand?? I have placed a cancellation request and now hoping to receive the funds in (hopefully) 30 days!!!!

I am very happy with the transcription from a very old cine film to DVD. The music is appropriate and I am enjoying remembering my happy childhood days. The service from Cine magic was excellent, and I would recommend them to all my friends.
