Ordered four tubs of fat-balls at a great price with free delivery. Did not receive promised email to state when delivery would be made, when the items turned up two days later (very quick) two of the containers were badly damaged but as none of the contents appeared to be missing I accepted the shipment.

HI I needed some garden screening which was well priced and framed so it could self support. Found via Google, site good and easy to navigate. Couriers did damage one of the boxes but they organised the return and delivered replacements with no effort needed from me. I consider problem solving the sign of a good company.

Era vineri la ora 14:00 si toate magazinele la care am sunat (nu aveau chat online pe site) imi spuneau ca nu pot sa imi livreze produsul decat luni si nu pareau interesati de a face o vanzare. Cei de la 3E au chat online asa ca am intrat la ora 15:00 sa vorbesc cu cineva sa vad daca au produsul in stoc. Un domn foarte amabil m-a rugat sa astept pana verifica la furnizori. A gasit produsul la un anumit furnizor care il avea cu 5 RON mai scump. Nu m-a deranjat acest lucru atata timp cat puteam obtine produsul cat mai repede. Mi s-a spus ca pot ridica produsul dupa ora 17:00. La ora 16:30 am fost sunat si mi s-a spus ca produsul a ajuns si-l pot ridica. La 17:30 (traficul e de vina) eram cu produsul ridicat si fericit ca pot sa ofer cadoul :-) Ce mai, sunt super multumit de ei! Sunt cei mai tari!

I ordered an item for the Christmas period which due to regional postal difficulties and the weather (I presume) never arrived. However Giftswithstyle were extremely helpful and a replacement arrived within a few days of having queried the delivery with them.
