Website was really easy to use and gave a very good impression of how the colour of the wood would look. Delivery was very efficient - the guys unpacked the two desk pedestals and checked that they were in good condition. (If you're thinking of buying from BDI Sequel range, it's not cheap, but it's very good quality.) Had a slight problem with arranging filing - got a reply to my email more or less immediately, and very helpful man on the phone. Fantastic service - would definitely recommend
