I wanted to post this review, so that people knew that MissesDressy are reliable and a professional service. I received my dress via TNT express service and could not fault the dress. It is genuine, authentic and absolutely stunning. If you are ordering from this store I would suggest you choose the dress you like, and prior to you purchasing it, use the "live chat" option to check with the person on the other end if they have the dress in stock. They will tell you the sizes available and how many. I did this and was told there was one more left, so I purchased it on the spot through their online store. I received an email receipt upon purchase. A few days later because I had checked that the dress was in stock before I purchased I received an email with my tracking number. Unfortunately, they had given me the wrong tracking number, so I emailed them immediately to send me the correct one. The next day I had an email waiting which had the correct tracking number. My dress arrived in the mail 2 days later. All up, from purchase to arrival, was 8 days. Pretty quick in comparison to the 4 - 6 months stores say they need to get the dress "cut". I am so thrilled about this purchase, and have save myself more than double on the price. As a bonus the shipping internationally to Australia was free. Now, you don't get that too often. Overall, I had a great experience. I was a bit concerned when I saw all these reviews on bad customer service, but I never encountered any myself. I recommend buying from MissesDressy, and would do so again :)

My pet hate with online ordering is being told a product is in stock, having my money taken for it and then finding out the item is out of stock. On the plus side I did get a call the next day after from a very pleasant lady saying it was out of stock and I would get my money back and indeed it has been refunded, so not a disaster. Just not a clean easy shopping experience. Easily fixed with stock updates via point of sale data. I am sure my experience is more of a one off.
The experience I found purchasing our unit from formyoffice was easy, pleasureful & painless. At no stage in our transaction was there any 'hitches'. I have dealt with many companies & I can totally recommend formyoffice....I can & I have!
Købt køkken-vandhane-armatur, som aut. VVS mand konstaterede var defekt. Kontaktede sælger, som ville undersøge og ringe tilbage. Det skete aldrig. Telefoneren frem og tilbage, UDEN at ville sende nyt, men hellere sende en mand. Det skete heller aldrig. Over 1 uge er gået uden noget konkret er sket! (og uden vand i køkken). Fremover benytter jeg ikke dette firma. Alt for langsommelig procedure. For megen snak - ingen handling!
