I read the reviews on this site and decided to have a go. I bought a Rancilio Silvia and it has been the best espresso machine I have ever owned. It steams the milk really well and makes great coffee. I was going to but a Gaggia Baby Twin but Marco at Coffeeitalia said they had a special price on th Rancilio Silvia and that this was a much better machine. I am so glad I took his advice because the machine really does make great coffee but my wife will not use it. I have to make all the coffees now. There was Coffeeitalia coffee beans in the special deal too which we have nearly finished and we will buy some more. My wife also loves Coffeeitalia because she gets her coffee made for her now every morning.
Mit køb hos Batech forløb uden problemer. Jeg fik hurtigt mine varer og blev løbende orienteret om status på min ordre. Det er sådan det skal være.

I bought an Elektra lever machine from this company in May and I must say they offered excellent after sale support. When the machine arrived it would not heat up and I naturally thought I had a dud. I telephoned them and they told me how to reset the circuit switcch and hey presto, the machine worked fine. That would have been fine in itself, but the next day I got an email from them apologising for not following up sooner (it was only 17 hours since I called!) with a link to a video on YouTube on how to reset this switch. So my experience has been most pleasant and I saved myself a bit of money too.
Items that we ordered arrived well packaged and were exactly as shown on the website. I was sent an email at every stage of the purchase and delivery. Goods arrived very quickly. Goods themselves are lovely and excellent value for money. This is the second time that I have used LovingtheBead. Both times very positive experiences and would not hesitate to use again.
Jeg havde bestilt 2 ting, men kort tid efter jeg havde lagt ordren, blev jeg ringet op, hvor de oplyste, at den 1 vare var udsolg, og om jeg stadig var interesseret i den anden vare. Det synes jeg er god service, at jeg bliver informeret om, at de ikke har de bestilte vare til rådighed alligevel. Dog burde det have fremgået af hjemmesiden, at varen var udsolgt.
Bestellabwicklung und Versand erfolgte nach Vorkasse zügig. Das Rücksendeprozedere für die Sachen, die nicht passten war schon etwas komplizierter. Die entstehenden Rücksendekosten übernimmt dabei der Käufer. Die Lieferung der Austauschware dauerte schon etwas länger. Auch diese Sachen passten nicht und ich sendete diese zurück (inkl. Widerruf). Seit dem sind 1,5 Monate und 4 Mahnungen vergangen. Habe von da an keine Nachricht und kein Geld mehr erhalten. Ich kann nur jedem Raten diesen Versandhandel zu meiden.
God og hurtig service
Der er hurtig og sikker levering. Et godt sted at handle, har som regel det man vil have. Telefonisk kontakt i tlf. tiden og kontakt via mail har jeg dog oplevet som dårlig. De har ikke taget tlf. og ikke svaret på sms eller mail, så der får de kun 2 stjerner fra mig. Desværre. Ellers et sted jeg vil blive ved med at handle.
