Dogshop kan helt klart anbefales, jeg købte en børste fra furminator til min Golden retriver, og jeg er lykkelig for den, den er helt klart pengene hver ! Og med dogshop priser der er billigere end andre, og samtidig med den hurtige levering, jeg bestilte omkring kl. 5 og fik den næste morgen;) hvis du er i tvivl om hvilken hjemmeside du skal købe dine ting til din bedste ven, kan jeg med det varmeste anbefale dogshop.dk

Her købt min første cykel den gang de solgte gennem aldi og har lidt fået min nr. 2 Maxxum cykel, jeg har selv vedligeholdt den gamle cykel og den er nu videre givet til familiemedlem efter at have tjent mig i en helt del år nu.. Tak for god service og vejledning når jeg har købt udstyr i jeres fysiskebutik

For whatever reason my latest shipment was posted to the wrong address. This resulted in me having to drive 40+ miles to the couriers to pick it up in time for Xmas. I cannot see how this could happen as my billing address and shipping address on my account are both the same and are my home address. Very disappointed with service. Delighted with product though

Took 6 days to arrive and even though the website clearly states it should fit my shaver, it is designed for the previous model! I own both so I know which part fits! If they fitted both models I would have used my old attachment and not paid £10 for the same thing! Not happy at all as I was close to buying it from a similar website but choose this site as its cheaper!! Now I know why!! I want my money back and will buy it off a better website!!!
I placed a order on 12/06/2011 for a gift to be deliverd on 12/23/2011 and the gift never made it there but My credit card was charged. I called and spoke with a customer serv rep who was very rud and uncaring. I requested to speak with a supervisior, we spoke and she was to call me in 24 hours and never did. I called and spoke with another supervisior, and all he could do was either cancelle my order or fill out a form and track the order which will take up to 48 hours or more because he had to do everything by email to the vendor. On line it showed my order was at the supplier on 12/28/2011 so it was never sent. He could not even find who the vendor was. When I asked if he could give me a call as to the ststus of the order, he stated that he could not do that, he said that that was not doable that i would be contacted by email. After the embarssment i went through I will never order from this company again. Their customer service is crappy, they have no control of their vendors, and they can't come through with their products when ordered 3 weeks in advance plus they take your money when the product is not shipped. I cant find a corperate phone to call them and I cant get a hold of anyone else but their customer service to complain. This is not a good company to count on for gifts.
