I ordered notebooks which I needed urgently. I placed the order and paid, delivery was confirmed for next day. Then I had a follow up email to say that not all my order was available and that some of it would follow. Had I known this before, I would have tried to get my notebooks elsewhere as I needed them all. By then it was too late to cancel and arrange for next day from somewhere else. Prices are good and goods arrived as promised.

the accupressure rings went straight in the bin - i have been sent them before and you should give people an option to refuse them rather than bombard them without a choice with cheap rubbish. as a loyal customer, and one that has introduced several others, i have always used a £5 off voucher - i asked the sales team if i could have the new code & she said it was only for new customers and that i should get my family & friends to buy stuff from blue herbs... need i say more? it is too early to ask people what they think of the products on the day they arrive - all they will be able to tell you about is the postage box & postal service.

At checkout, I mentioned that it was a gift and asked if they might not put the price in the packaging as I was shipping it directly to its recipient. Not more than a minute after I received my automated order confirmation, Brendan followed up with me and did one better, offering to include a personal note in the box! Within half an hour, I had confirmation of receiving my message, same-day shipment, and the UPS tracking number. The product hasn't been delivered yet, but I have high confidence in them already -- I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience.

We bought three bird repeller products - owl, falcon and bird spikes. All arrived within 3 days, well-packed, andnow installed. Earl;y days, but they seem to have scared away most of our collar doves!! I would definitely buy again fromt his website.
