I have read several of the reviews and it appears there are many woman that are not happy. I have placed several orders and have been happy with each and ever one. I had one package that was not delivered or was stolen after it was, I called customer service and explained the issue to the agent. Within a week I had a replacement that was sent free of charge. Maybe men have more patients when it comes to delivering. ladys you need to place your order well in advance of your day you have
I have used Downlights Direct twice now and on both occasions the goods arrived promptly (in one case in less than 24hrs after the order was submitted online) and had been well packed and protected. The goods were exactly as described on the very clear and informative website. The option to pay by Paypal was welcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending Downlights Direct to others.

Jeg bestilte en trampolin torsdag, og den blev leveret fredag. Yderst fornem og hurtig ekspedition. Pengene blev først hævet, da trampolinen var leveret af vognmanden. Trampolinen og tilbehøret var helt som forventet, og vi er glade for købet.

I used Google shopping search to find a distortion pedal and they came up as one of the best prices. Paid right away and everything seemed fine (the page said they had about 11 in stock). Then it took about a week before they decided to tell me they don't have the pedal and issue a refund. They obviously knew they didn't have any and only left a PayPal note on the issue. Since then they have made sure the item is not listed / indexed by Google which I suppose is something to their credit. Still, not impressed by how long it took when they clearly knew they didnt have the item anymore.
