You get what you pay for - some is very good. But the price is very reasonable for what you get. Just be realistic - don't expect brand quality. If your expectations are reasonable you'll be very pleased. I bought lots of order from there, It all showed up as promised, with quality BETTER than I expected considering the price. Altho it takes about 2-4 weeks for arrived.

Ho telefonato al servizio clienti ed in un attimo avevo tutte le risposte che volevo. Su diversi articoli hanno prezzi davvero vantaggiosi, potrebbero migliorare un po' il sito (chiarezza e navigabilità). Shop serio veloce ed affidabile. Comprerò sicuramente ancora.

It is such a pity that the TRUSTPILOT website doesn't also have 'Refer this Seller to the Authorities' tab (can we have one please)? as your equivalent to the UKs Trading Standards Office would shut them down pending an investigation or they would be hauled through the courts for their irregular selling practices! Pay everything through Paypal if you have to - I have just got my money back! ANYONE KNOW OPRAH'S EMAIL ADDRESS - I KNOW SHE WOULD EXPOSE THIS LOT IF SHE KNEW THEY WERE WRECKING THE DREAMS OF 16 YEARD OLD GIRLS/BRIDES TO BE AND ALL THOSE WITH SPECIAL OCCASION DREAMS!!!!! Charlatains...I'll spread the word!!! Come on America - where are the officials? Come on Ladies...someone refer this bunch of CHARLATAINS to your authorities.!!!!!! I would do it myself if I knew how to from the UK, but I think the USA state Authorities would listen to its National's concerns and act upon them first - rightly so. come on, let's get a petition up against this lot...post our concerns on Facebook and every Social Network Site we know of....These people are running off with our very hard earned cash and DON'T GIVE A DAMN that they could have completely ruined a young lady's most special day (and hard saved up cash). Bestilte nogle varer, som skulle sendes med brev. Pengene blev trukket dagen efter, men en uge senere var varerne ikke dukket op, så jeg skrev til kundeservice. Jeg modtog ikke svar, men modtog varerne to dage senere. Det er svært at sige, om Batech har nølet, eller om brevet har været forsinket i posten. Ud fra stemplet på brevet burde brevet være sendt dagen efter bestillingen, men om det har ligget en uge hos Post Danmark eller hos Batech er ikke til at sige. Jeg gætter på, at der er sket en fejl, og det er selvfølgelig i orden, men når kundeservice ikke svarer på henvendelsen, har jeg ikke en chance for at konstatere, så jeg tror at Batech har begået en bøf. Havde de svaret, kunne jeg afkræfte mistanken eller tilgive dem. I stedet står de med en utilfreds kunde, og det er for dumt. Dårlig bedømmelse herfra.
