There was a delay in delivery of about a week, but the company replied quickly to my e-mails and sent me a tracking no' for UPS. I now have a stunning machine at a very good price. horrible! never ever buy enything from there! bought processor with some upgrades and non of them was actually added! tried to phone them for abot 20 times, left million emails...nothing! i think this company is a fraud.
