I received a $39.95 Figis package yesterday. I opened the outer box, and it looked OK, but I wondered who sent me this assortment. I read the "Gift for you" card, and it stated: "The sender's name is listed on the address label on the outside of the package". I looked at the box, and in the upper left corner it said: "Happy Holiday's & Season's Greeting's Pete, with nothing else.The type set was only as big as a grain of rice. The senders name should have been shown below this greeting. I called today at 9:05 (local time) and talked to a lady, telling her my circumstance and that all I needed was the person's name that sent this package to me. She found no record of any package even being sent to my address. She assured me that a supervisor would look into my problem, and call me today before 5:00 with the answer. With no reply phone call back (as they had promised), I called "Figi's" at 4:45. When the lady answered, I requested to talk to a supervisor. She said perhaps she could assist. I gave her the whole long story, and yes, "you guessed" it, she could not tell me my mystery sender either. At that time I again requested to speak to a Supervisor. She put me on hold, and about 2 minutes later, a gruff voice came on the line and said: "This is Joe", nothing else just "This is Joe" in a very gruff way. I asked his last name, he gave it to me reluctlany. I could tell he was in a very bad mood, buy his tone. I once again (for the 3rd time) told him the story. He said he needs the packing slp number or the order number on the label. I asked him where was it located on the label (top, middle or bottom). His reply was he didn't know. I asked him to go get a lable so we could talk together. He said he was not in that department and the lables samples were not available. He was getting rather rude and insisted that the "only way" to find the sender was to find that number. I gave him 3 different numbers, but they were the USPS bar scan code numbers. The company does not keep records of people receiving gifts, only the "Sender's" names. I asked for "his" Supervisor, he gave me her name(Charity), but of course she had already gone for the day, even thought it was only 4:00 in Wisconsin. I guess I'll tear off the label on the box and mail it to them, and perhaps they can tell me who gave me this $39.95 box of cheese & sausage. I'll keep you informed what the outcome is. Jeg bestilte en vare som ikke var på lager, men som var oppført som 'lagervare'. Ettersom varen var beregnet som julegave, ønsket jeg å forsikre meg om at den ville komme frem før jul, og sendte en forespørsel til kundeservice. Meget raskt fikk jeg tilbakemelding om at varen ikke ville være tilgjengelig for levering før jul, og jeg ble anbefalt å kjøpe tilsvarende vare (kun fargen var forskjellig) istedet. Dette takket jeg ja til, og varen dumpet ned hos meg to dager senere! Utrolig raskt levert. Om jeg skal pirke på noe som helst, måtte det være at prisen var noen tikroner høyere på erstatningsvaren, og denne kostnaden synes jeg kanskje at Deal burde ha tatt, ettersom varen var registrert som lagervare. Men alt i alt er jeg veldig fornøyd med servicen, raske tilbakemeldinger, forslag om endringer og speed-levering. Jeg handler her senere også, garantert! :-)
