Fantastisk rådgivning af Pernille ved SENG i Herning, og hun er hovedårsagen til, at vi har handlet ved SENG. Startede med besøg i Herning, hvor vi fik en fantastisk saglig og god betjening incl. et godt tilbud, men kørte også en tur til SENG Egå for at se Carpe Diem serien, der kun findes her. Her fik vi også en rigtig god vejledning af Marianne, og valget er faldet på en Carpe Diem, hvilket beror på nogle flere muligheder ift sokkel og flere forskellige betræk at vælge imellem, som i højere grad indfrier vores ønsker. Køb af ny seng kræver et besøg hos SENG Herning, hvis I vil have den rette vejledning. Mvh Lotte og Erik

Absolutely shocking! I made a payment through my account on their website on 01/04/2025 (payment cleared on 02/04/2025). I could see there was a problem as on my account on their website, the invoice kept showing as overdue. I contacted their customer service to advise of the issue and asked to locate the payment. I then kept receiving phonecalls, text messages and letters chasing me for payment. They even added £10 late payment charge. My complaint was disregarded and I kept hearing to ignore the reminders as they have an issue with their system. I will be taking this further as this is unacceptable - I am being harrassed for invoice I paid. Staff is clueless and cant provide any updates. Rubbish company.
Jeg havde glemt at hente min pakke. Aida ringede og hørte om pakken skulle gensendes. Det endte med den søde medarbejder kørte forbi mig med pakken. Simpelthen så sød service.

Service and Price. We priced our item with a few suppliers and GS-JJ was by far the best price and quality. I worked with Sally who answered my questions quickly and moved me through the design to ordering process quickly, timely and professionally. Our organization orders a similar product annually and we will keep GS-JJ on the top of our list.
