The guy did a good job
Everything was good after I spoke to a real person, Mike I think. Getting to the real person was ridiculously irritating. The automatic voice is very slow, cannot understand, needs too much repeated. If this is a strategy to make people renew by internet, it will be a good way to lose business. As they say, FIX IT OR LOSE IT!
FAHW acted promptly in responding to our claim and contacting a local service provider to evaluate our broken dishwasher. The technician determined the power board failed on the dishwasher and this part was no longer available to make the repair. A new dishwasher was ordered and installed within 3 weeks. We are very satisfied with the new dishwasher.
