I had Ryan as my assessor and he was super helpful. Very understanding about exam day nerves and he talked through how to fix any mistakes made. Very patient feedback after was brilliant and in detail. Definitely felt as though I learnt a lot from this assessment! :)
Teresa was an amazing help in getting our designs “just right” before making our order. Showing my designs in multiple options of 50% embroidery or 100% embroidery and all the cost-differences with no pressure in making the purchase one-way-or-another. Just overall great service, can’t wait to see the product in a couple weeks.
