Title: Unprofessional, Unethical, and Refusing to Pay – Avoid HBC Logistics I have had a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience with HBC Logistics, which I feel I must share to warn others—especially small independent operators like myself—who might be considering working with them. I provided my courier services to HBC Logistics in good faith, completing the jobs they assigned me efficiently and professionally. Since January, however, they have refused to pay what they owe me. I followed up with emails, phone calls, and reminders, all of which were either ignored or met with empty promises. Despite every effort on my part to resolve things amicably, they showed no intention of paying me. I was left with no choice but to take legal action through the small claims court. This is time-consuming, stressful, and something no honest service provider should be forced to do just to get what they’re owed. HBC Logistics have treated me with total impunity—as if small businesses like mine don’t matter. They’ve shown no respect for my time, effort, or basic professional courtesy. It’s a shame that companies of this size and reputation behave in such a disgraceful manner towards the very people who help keep their operations moving. If you’re a subcontractor or courier thinking about working with HBC Logistics, be very careful. My experience shows they cannot be trusted to pay fairly or treat you with the respect you deserve
I worked with Christina on my order, and I received top-notch service. I made a mistake in placing my order, and it led to a price difference, but Christina went out of her way to help me navigate the situation even though it was my own fault. She was very prompt and courteous with her service and did everything to make sure my order will be delivered on time. The next time I need to order custom made items, I'll definitely check out GS-JJ.

Creating a web front end was very easy. There were times I needed to contact customer support and they responded within 2 hours of posting mon-fri. They don’t work weekends in support, although you can still leave a message. The website has a help button on most screens. It was easy to subscribe & they offered a discount for monthly vs yearly.

Without explanation, at this time of renewal my agreed value period has been reduced from two years to one. I have phoned but not yet received an explanation. It'll take a few phone calls again I guess. Hopefully have it sorted soon.
