I’m always impressed by the quality of the enamel pins I’ve ordered in the past. I even reordered some of my pin designs from high was super easy to do thanks to Cathy’s help and quick responses.

Fantastic job helping me capture the image and turning it into a coin for my client. They make a great product and offer reasonable prices. The only problem I had is that as someone that works for clients, designing for and making orders for clients, I am often not in charge of the timeline and the amount they take to review mockups and make decisions. The sales team can be a little overbearing in the amount and frequency of emails trying to move forward. It took my client a month to be ready to move forward and I recieved an email almost daily asking me if I was ready to approve the design and move to the next step. Cut it back from every day to maybe once a week and it will make it much better to deal with.

It is extremely difficult to find a paper cutter that measures down to millimeters. This one does, which is vital for my needs. However, the crafts I make require being able to cut strips of 2 cm, and the metal cutting blade is wider than 2 cm, so the only way to accurately make cuts that narrow is to waste some of the paper by starting with paper wider than needed and end up with a strip 3 cm leftover. I find that the plastic piece that you apply pressure to hold the paper in place while cutting does not hold as well as my old paper cutter when working with smaller widths of paper, although it does protect your fingers. The first time I tried to cut, the arm kept getting hung up on the blade, as there seemed to be a slight warp to the blade, but the more I’ve used it, that has been getting better. The arm does not stay up as well as it should when raised all the way, so I’ve had the unfortunate experience of the blade sinking down prematurely into the paper while working to line the paper up to cut the proper measurement. The guide at the top that the paper rests against is so smooth that paper tends to sort of curl upward into it, so it requires constant attention to make sure the paper is lying flat and straight against it so as to end up with perfectly straight angles. I had been using a Fiskars, and honestly the quality and ease of use of the Fiskars is much better except that the Fiskars top edge guide was not square to the blade, and the measurements were printed on the face slightly crooked, so it was nearly impossible to get perfectly straight angles. Literally everything else about the Fiskars is better, but I needed a cutter that would give perfectly straight cuts and angles. I can achieve that with this cutter, but it honestly requires more effort than it should. It is too expensive to return this cutter, so I will keep it. But I am going to keep looking for one that will be easier to use. Crafting brings me joy, but this cutter mixes joy with frustration.
