Clive and Jamie were both very helpful from first point of contact to delivery and installation on laptops. The printer did not come with wifi installed but Clive got this sorted within half a day and Jamie went out of his way to help set everything up printing and scanning to a very high standard. The printer is exactly as expected and service even better!
