I've found their customer service great! Mackenzie, our account manager, is really attentive. Zerographic always attends to our technical problems and answers all our questions. I just wish their printers were more affordable.

Fantastic service. Also they are always available to discuss issues that may arise.

Our company was looking for a new Multi-Function Printer and after a lot of research I decided upon Zerographic. The salesperson that I spoke to Dave Goodman was extremely helpful and very attentive, he offered plenty of advice and went through many options that would be the best for our company, once the order was placed we received the printer very promptly, efficiently and with no problems or issues. Since receiving the printer I have had no issues and the after care and follow up from Dave Goodman was exemplary. A very professional, honest company and it has been a pleasure to deal with them and their salesperson Dave Goodman.

Our company have used this company for over 4 years and we have recently changed as the customer service was terrible, they are not clear in communications and before you cancel please read all small print as they have so many clause for you to end an agreement.

We placed our order and received the goods very promptly. Since receiving the printer I have had one reason to call their UK-based Helpdesk and I must say that they were amazing and resolved the fault over the phone. Well done Zerographic

Signed up with them in May 2023 and I was charged double within the first two months and they refuse to acknowledge this and refund me. The rep who signed me up is in agreement with me on this and knows I have been double billed. Sophie in the office is extremely rude. I would never recommend them to anyone. I hope they see this then maybe I will get my 100 pounds back!!!!! Do me a favor then an show me exactly where on the contract it states I will pay the same amount twice and I will agree with you.

What a surprise low scores across the board. Avoid this company like the plague. They provided us with a printer and promised installation, it was dumped in the rain no installation. They then took £360 unauthorised from my employers account, with £160 for an “admin fee” we then had issues with it not printing correctly and were told the rollers were worn when we only just had it. We let them know well In advance of the cooling off period, but being the deceitful company they are, they left it until this period had expired. I’ve logged a complaint with resolver and will take it to the ombudsman. Zero graphic you’re a disgusting company and we throughly regret ever using you. I’m not surprised by your low trust pilot score either, it’s well deserved
