really easy to use website, good info, stock levels, actual prices etc. Delivery info is a little scant. Dispatch, arrival times etc.
Product was as described. Excellent. Delivery service was dreadful, constantly saying delayed in depot with no delivery date and then turned up out of the blue with no warning!

One of two floodlights had a scratched glass. Ordered 17th Dec (call it Monday 19th) not dispatched till 20th and not received till 22nd after waisting 21st waiting for a delivery which was on the van but went back to the depot.

Product terrible. Lamps are failing. I need my money back and they are dithering I shall never buy off them again. Should have gone to Amazon. Only used Yess because they were cheap. I can see why now
In-line orders were promptly acknowledged. Email and Txt to inform the orders were in the next day. Collected with no problems along with trade-acct invoices. Additional Item requested "over the counter" by description was located within minutes and paperwork was e-mailed within the hour.
