I am struggling to apload my fica documents and that leads me not to be able to do my withdrawals,please help regarding fica documents.

Overall the experience has been good but one issue got on my nerves. A large withdrawal I had pending was returned to me because their were problems with their system(according to agent on phone) but the message attached to the withdrawal failure was Rejected by Bank. I had to apparently do the withdrawal again and leave it but nobody told me that it was a systems issue. I ended up gambling the money and losing it which I accept is my problem but for the amount of money I have deposited with you guys this could have been avoidable. Also this was my largest withdrawal and the only time I have seen this error message, is that just a coincidence? Update: Nothing has been done about this issue, Yesplay has blamed the bank and not themselves for the error. I have escalated this to the gambling board.
