I loaded a new 1 voucher at 01:07am, but it did not loaded I went and queried with flash 1 who are the vendors I bought voucher from. After some engagement with head office it was confirmed the voucher was used at 1:07 but the money did not reflect on my account. I tried getting hold of yesplay to query with no success.
