'Worldwide' introduces an extra layer in the process. Our shipment, booked through them via dpd could not be delivered to the addressee so was returned to 'worldwide' unless we paid extra fees to get it back to us. Ultimately we paid for the return and the re-sending to the addressee. When it arrived after some weeks in total the goods were damaged beyond repair despite strong commercial packaging that we use on 100's of other shipments. For us the lesson is book direct with the courier.

Easy to book, picked up on time and delivered in just 2days. Can’t fault this company, have been using them for a few years now and would highly recommend them.

Courier UPS taken almost over 4 weeks to delivered my parcel and no form of communication whatsoever to update client. The current tracking system not even up to date

Superb service. Collected at 5.30pm and delivered to destination in Norway less than 24 hours later - unbelievable.

I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. If i could rate them a negative, i would. I made a booking on 14/12/2023 and paid fully for it; my package was meant to have been picked up on Monday 18/12/2023 and it wasn’t. I made calls to them and they would not answer but redirect you to send emails. I sent emails back and forth and waited till 7:30pm when they promised to be picked up on the 18th but wasn’t. They told me they are not responsible for the time UPS would pick up my parcel as they are just the brokers. Same thing happened the next day 19th and it wasn’t picked up again. I happened to speak to their customer support TERESA again via email and she was brutally unempathetic, unprofessional and rude about the whole loss they had cost me. These people are unreliable and have no sense of responsibility towards their customers. Shame on you!

Have used this company a fair few times now and they have never let me down. If I email a question, they answer very quickly which puts my mind at rest.

Bad customer service from UPS 27/09/23 my parcel UK-New Caledonia was picked on time from UK. I tracked the parcel to Koeln Germany, Paris CDG France, Philadelphia, Louisville, Honolulu USA till Botany in Australia then no movement for several days. 11/10/23 I enquired to UPS but no reply. WWP however answered same email very fast and was very helpful in contacting UPS on my behalf as I received an email the same day ensuring me that UPS brokers were doing their upmost to clear the parcel… however… 19/10/23 Parcel was taken back to USA (missed aircraft transfer?) and then travelled back to Botany Australia, again to get stuck for several days. In clearance? I would not know as the communication with UPS was NON-EXISTANT. No reply to my emails - just a generic thank you for your enquiry + case number which was never followed by them. It was eventually cleared on the 3/11/23 I understand that anything can happen to a parcel going through several customs but I don’t understand bad communication. I will go back to DHL even if more expensive because their communication is top. WWP is very good however, helpful and answering emails/queries very fast and appropriately.

Paid for a parcel delivery. No shipping label was sent only an invoice so couldn't ship the item without this label. Its been a week now with no contact whatsoever, no email replies which they recommend to email when you call as no one ever picks up. I have called 3 times everyday for the past week within their 'so-called' telephone hours but nothing. Seems like a scam and fake site to me having been through this experience. Its a week and still not been able to send my parcel which has been paid for in full. Will be contacting my bank for a refund so stay away from this website at all costs...
