They have overdrawn money from customers accounts and initially insulted us instead of help or solving the problem. Stay away from them.

I have just returned from a trip to Turkey with Wilusa and do not have a single negative thing to say about them. Ozgen and the team were lovely - nothing was too much trouble, despite our ever-changing plans and everything from a midnight pickup in Istanbul to a change in hotel happened perfectly to plan. Would highly recommend them.

Very good transfer service from Istanbul to Canakkale and back. Our guide Efre looked after us very well. My only criticism would be the directions for the meeting point in the airport. The map wasn’t clear and didn’t make it clear that those arriving from the town centre had to go through airport security to get to the point.

The trip and the driver and the Van were perfect

The tour was great, the guide conveyed the history in a facinating and understandable way. Be sure not to eat anything before the tour because the lunch is included. Just wish the simulation center was included in the tour.

The price of the transfer (40 euros per person) from the airport was extremely expensive. On or way back we paid 3 times less for a comfortable taxi. The Wilusa driver got himself stuck in traffic such that the transfer took 2 hours instead of 40 minutes. Whilst I appreciate that some of this wasn't his fault, we had Google on our phones showing a much faster route. I would have expected a local transfer company to have a little more local knowledge to be able to avoid the worst of the traffic. The chap who shepherded us together was nice and friendly, hence the two stars.

Very impressed with the service provided. They are responsive and above all reliable. They do what they say.

Wilusa Travel were our local travel agents on a Swimtrek open water swimming holiday in Kas four years ago. We could not fault the exceptional service we received. We had a wonderful holiday thanks to the very caring, professional people at Wilusa Travel. It was so good we are returning this year.

Kendi imkanlarımla araştırıp, konusunda en iyi ve en güvenilir firma olduğu sonucuna ulaşarak internetten günlük tur satın aldım. Ancak planlarım tutmadı ve tura katılamadık. Arayıp para iadesi yapacaklarını söylemeleri ve gerçekten de 1 hafta içinde paramı iade etmeleri beni çok çok memnun etti. İşini ciddiye alan bir firma olduğunu düşünmekte haklıymışım. İlk fırsatta tur için yeniden organize olacağız. Yeniden araştırma yapmadan, güvenerek katılabileceğim bir tur firması bulduğum için ayrıca seviniyorum. Teşekkürler Wilusa.. Terrible website. Excellent service. On my phone, I could not figure out how to pay. Wasted precious vacation time.

Very accommodating and responsive when we had requests come up at short notice and their website works well for ordering excursions etc.

Friendly staff, good service, wifi is slow, but looks like it is common for hotels in that area.
