I joined the tour with my father and brother. All of us had an enjoyable day. The tour was organized very professionally and all episodes was carried out right on time. We saw all historical places. In addition, especially the tour guide was excellent. The lunch was quite tasteful. We honestly recommend this tour to everyone.

Re Bosphorous Swim - Booking through the website has improved since last year. Was able to print out confirmation of airport transfers and additional night at our hotel.

The tour was cancelled at the last minute. The guy told me that they will refund later but they didn't. All the other services are also mediocre.

I booked a non smoker room, but I got first night a smoker room, in condition I travel with a child and I reach at 1 a.m. the hotel! I could not open the windows because under my windows was something who did a lot of noise, it seems to be part of air conditioning, and of course street noise (first floor). Results - very very bad sleep, almoust no sleep! The excuse - the hotel is full in conditon that I reserved and full payd the room with 3 months before!!!! Second day I check out at 7 a.m. and i got a non smoker room after 3 p.m. I mention that all the hotel floor halls smells of smoke. The people was very nice but it seems to be great problems with organization and with booking reservation. Except that all was 5 stars.
