UPDATE 11th January 2025 I perhaps should have waited to write the review below until I had been to the store this morning to view the rings. Only one ring was available because the other had already been requested to be sent to a different store, for another customer to view!!! There was no satisfactory solution provided to me (I would have expected for the ring to be brought back for me to view and if not required, then made available to the other customer), instead, I now have to wait until the other person decides if she would like to buy the ring. If she doesn't then I can look at it. Extremely poor management of the situation following a staff error to remove the ring from the Salford store in the first place. I'm extremely disappointed. Additionally, next time somebody asks for a review I won't be writing one. They should be organic and will be provided without request if the service is exceptional. ***************************************************************** Great service from Leon when selecting a couple of rings from the webstore to be sent to my local store for viewing. The chain I bought is excellent quality and just what I needed. I had some issues with the delivery and Royal Mail, the customer service team were excellent and responded really quickly.

Excellent bracelet purchased exactly as described. Delivery was prompt and well managed Only oroblem was that the website made paying by card difficult , my card was constantly returned to ‘method of payment’ if this was changed I would happily shop with William May in the future.

Had no problems with William May .. I ordered a gold necklace and it turned out not to fit onto my locket which had a solid loop attached to it... I contacted them and they accepted return and my money was returned without delay ...Never had such good service before so thank you
OMG, I’m over the moon with the preowned ring I just got from William May, looked like brand knew but obviously with its older style that I love about you know it’s not, it’s something you will not see anyone else wearing which is again a plus for me, I already thought it was great value for money when ordering it but expected it to be quite small , no it’s a rock on my finger and I love it!! I ordered a necklace from them, and it was a total let down. It didn’t look anything like the picture on their website, and the quality was cheap. I contacted them for a return, but they made the process way too complicated~~~~~~~~!
