So I ordered a ring off these.. it arrived damaged but the box was ok so it was obviously sent damaged. No description on the website of damage. But obviously a big chunk missing out of it. :( (I should point out it was a pre owned ring) Returned for a refund. Customer service was ok.
Packaging and delivery speed was great but that’s where the positive feedback ends. Items were 9ct apparently. Items felt like cheap plastic and both items already broken. Reminds me of Ratners from the 80s and 90s.
