This is company who don't returned items, I received a ring from them having paid £325 the ring was not suitable, returned it then received an email advising that there was now wear and tear on the ring which was second hand, and, they were charging me £50 to carry out restoration work. apart from trying the ring on I never wore the ring, this is exceptional sharp practice. Wouldn't consider buying anything from them, not a company to be trusted.
Most of my gold has come from here. Will not buy form anywhere else any more
