Excellent Trusted service *****; I posted bracelet to William May as I could not get up to the store for Link removal and adding safety chain to a lovely diamond bracelet I purchased from William May back in May for my daughter’s 21st. The Customer service I received was outstanding and very prompt and Daniel went above and beyond replying very quickly to my emails keeping me updated at every step and my bracelet was returned to me via secure courier once the work was complete. The work carried out on the bracelet was of premium quality and excellent value.
