I liked her explanation and demonstration and the way she is teaching however I would like her to speak slowly as I have a condition that affects my listening when someone speaks very fast.

Forced me to buy 10 lessons in advance, also tried to force me to give a 5 star google review before I had even started any tutoring. Told me I could refund lessons if I wanted to. I decided I'd like to learn more independently and tried to refund some lessons, was then told this is not an option... when I disputed this they decided to ignore my messages and forced me to have more lessons.
