I started taking classes with them since my journey in universty and they are great with everything they have many subject that are available which really great especially for uni. Students. I can't say more because my tutors are great and they try all they're best so I can get the best outcome. I will highly recommend wiingy if you want a tutor for any subject you find it difficult or just wanna get the highest mark.

I have a good teacher because she explains everything well without going too fast. She makes me feel good after every session feeling more confident in the topic.

I feel the communication is brilliant and ease of use of accessing the class is also great. So far we have had 2 sessions with the same tutor. This helps a lot.

I booked a customized 8 sessions and paid hundreds of dollars for that. At the end of 6 sessions, however, they told me my "time" had run out and I needed to pay for another two sessions. I explained how it wasn't time but by sessions and each session was scheduled for 1 hour. I even showed them the original contract. At that point, they said they would only offer me 1 "complimentary" session. We showed up online for the following session, and they ghosted us. They also haven't responded to any of our inquiries to schedule for two more sessions or to get partial refund. Got cheated from them unfortunately. Parents, beware of enrolling your students in this tutoring service. They are maximizers to just get your money, and given you have to pay the money upfront, be wary of really bad customer service experience and just getting ripped off of your money after you pay. Update as of 3/13/24: I keep getting contacted by Wiingy, asking me to take down my review. They said they fulfilled their obligation for the tutoring sessions and want me to take it down now. I think I read another review of similar experience, where you think you are working with a private/personal tutor, only to encounter Wiingy on the video call, only to then be paired with a tutor you didn't request. It's pretty clear the other reviews are also planted reviews to simply bolster the rating.

Its okay tutoring via zoom isn't always great but they do a pretty good job at explaining concepts for the most part

Overall, I've had a very good experience with Wiingy. The Student Success Managers are all very kind and helpful, they helped me find a tutor very quickly. If I don't have a great experience with one tutor, they quickly help me find another, and with a free one hour trial, which is incredible. I was given help to find a tutor in multiple subjects, and there are great tutors who are very knowledgeable in their field, and are patient and explain things very well. There are of course tutors, who didn't suit my needs well, but Wiingy is in the process of finding me another. At point, Wiingy struggled to get the date and time for a session right, but it all worked out in the end

Tutor is really great! Wiingy is great, very easy to use! Everyone is really nice! I would definitely recommend to a friend! My tutor specifically, has been very helpful. She explains everything really well and checks in after each demonstration to make sure i'm following along and understanding the material!

I booked a tutor off superprof who was offering the first lesson free. when I hopped on the video call I was met with wiingy. I ended being matched with another guy, though I ended up having to pay for the lesson. I booked the next lesson and they never got back to me, I contacted their customer support and I got nothing in return. I’m giving it a 1 star because there was misleadings, and the fact that I got scammed out of another lesson which is unheard of for a tutoring service. This review section seems to be full of fake reviews so I would choose another service.
