I needed help with grade 12 calculus as I was not understanding a lot of the concepts. So I looked for a tutor. My tutor with this company has been able to explain concepts to me in a way that helps me understand things I was confused about!

My initial experience with the first demo session was positive, prompting me to purchase a package of 15 sessions at $26 each, totaling $400 with fees included. However, my subsequent sessions did not meet my expectations. My tutor struggled to assist me with my homework, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated. Despite assurances that she would seek help from a friend, the situation did not improve, leading me to request a different tutor from Wiingy.Upon explaining my concerns to Wiingy, they arranged another demo session, which unfortunately proved to be even more confusing as the tutor's teaching methods did not align with my learning style. Additionally, during a third demo session, the tutor suggested meeting again the following day after reviewing my homework, despite my having submitted it in advance.Navigating the refund process has been challenging, with multiple handoffs between representatives. Presently, I am informed that I will be charged for the two sessions and transaction fees, resulting in a reimbursement of $319. As a college student, the $80 spent on unhelpful sessions is significant for me. This process has been ongoing for a whole month now. Edit: No one reached out to me about their comment left. I reached out to "Lisa", customer support on WhatsApp and their response was that I would be unable to get the transaction fee back because the company is headquartered internationally. Disappointing. I spent $80 on two lessons where my tutor was confused and confused me more. I wish I was informed about this during my demo (tutor saw the type of material/homework I was working on before and during lesson).

The site is a CON , they use pictures and names of teachers in Engand and then try and send you a professor from abroad. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!

Very disappointed with overall experince. Sent email to their 'customer support' but never got any reply since early March. Very quick in asking and taking my money, but ZERO support. Nobody to speak to, to discuss about experience / refund / issues about the lessons. 80% of the lessons were complete waste of time since the teacher could not match the level of my child. She cried overwhelmed after a lesson, and learnt almost nothing. I paid $360 for 10 hours, and now unable to stop because THERE IS NO ONE TO TALK TO.
