Absolutely disappointing in this site as I did not receive my iteam which was supposed to be delivered on the 9th june I've been in contact with royal mail which was a undelvered parcel I have since been in contact with the seller customer service I am having to keep repeating myself on what have happened they have not even offered a full refund or offer to send another pair which was a pair of shoes I ordered I am so disappointed they taken the money but not interested in resolving the problem do not buy from them.

Great supplier - As with all suppliers sometimes things do not go to plan . They are quick to deliver and to remedy any issues - the relationship is give and take . Great communications and very personable experience throughout.

The dress I received was so so lovely, it came in one size fits all which I think is really good. The material was super soft and the delivery was really quick. There is a huge variety of clothing to choose from with really reasonable prices. Would recommend!!

Buyer beware if an EU customer..i received duties and tax charges of 80 euros on products which cost 130 euros. 6 weeks later, I am STILL awaiting to receive the items, simply because I queried the charges. Customer services is appalling, perhaps my worst experience in many years of buying products. The customer is required to repeat the issue over and over, they are unable to locate the goods, and seem incapable of understanding very basic questions. I've learned the hard way that this is not, in my experience, a competent, professionally run company. Perhaps if they assigned one specific person to a case, there may have been progress but currently, into the 2nd month of waiting on products that I paid for in early May. And my parcel remains undelievered. I can't comment on the quality of the clothing or otherwise but will do so when I finally ( hopefully) receive goods I've paid for.

Do not use! Customer service non existent and delivery charge £14.99 for £23 worth of goods. Extortionate charge for one small package sent via DPD. I tried to cancel the order 5 minutes after it had been placed as I realised the delivery charge was excessive - they ignored all attempts to cancel and dispatched anyway!! Cheap clothes, extortionate delivery cost and poor customer service. I believe the other reviews may well not be genuine!

I absolutely love this dress! It’s perfect for summer! Could also wear in winter with tights and a jacket. They have soo many gorgeous colours. The fit is perfect and not see through. Can’t wait to try more!!
