Firstly I tried to settle my case on my own. After receiving an outrageous offer I decided to search for some help. Came across Oliver and Co. Then Allison came to the rescue and managed to get me a much improved offer. The journey to settlement was long and sometimes frustrating when it came to doctors. However Allison made me feel heard and organised for me to seen by alternative medical specialists. Although the process was long Allison kept me informed throughout and not forgotten about.
