Very easy process taking away all of the stress from a situation that could otherwise be extremely challenging. The solicitor assigned to my case was very helpful and knowledgeable Whilst I did not get as much as I felt my claim was worth the claim was successful and a payment was received. This was mainly due to the 3rd party playing hardball.
