The tracking system is great. Their break feature and monitoring system make it easy to check productivity and working hours. The interface is also very simple and easy to understand.
We recently switched to WebWork from another time tracker, and overall, it's been a great move. The desktop version is super intuitive—real-time monitoring and activity levels give us good insights without feeling too invasive. It definitely helps keep the team on track. That said, the mobile app could use some improvement. It’s not as smooth or user-friendly as the desktop version, and the interface feels a bit clunky at times. Still, for desktop use, it’s one of the best we’ve tried.

WebWork’s customer support is great, and their team is always always fast to assist. I’m also excited about how AI is being integrated into the platform—you can tell they’re thinking ahead. A small con for us is that the permissions settings could be more granular—it’d be helpful to restrict or customize access per department.
The software is great. But the support agents are amazing. Instant replied even though we have no SSL with them.
