I have investigated all the known time trackers out there. I even tried some of them, but then I chose WebWork, just because they took time with me, they made sure I am onboarded properly, they helped me to understand every feature and how to use it. This approach is very helpful and that's why they won.
Well, we signed up for browser tracking, but then their customer successful manager showed us how we could benefit if we use desktop tracker. Of course we don't use the screenshot mode, but the rest is a gamechanger.

We have tried several tools and then we chose WebWork, simply because the customer support was very helpful and they made our onboarding very smooth.The only improvement I'd like to see is a bit more customization in reports, but overall, it's a solid and reliable platform!
Its a very good app, which tracks every activity of the employees using it. It gives an ideal view of how the employee is working and performing.
UPDATED review.The app itself is great! I can even tell you that the customer service is great but what I really struggled with is my subscription for the year renewed and I canceled it one month later. They promised me that they would refund my money for the 11 months and they never refunded it. BUT, I filed a dispute with the bank and reached out again. Customer service responded quickly as always, a MAJOR PLUS, and apologized and refunded the money immediately. So, would I recommend webwork -tracker? Absolutely. The service is great AND CS is responsive. Just be sure you adequately communicate with them and follow up. Thanks WWT!
